Zoom Installation and test

If you like, you can test before joining the Ambassador Reception. Go here. Then follow the prompts to install Zoom, then click JOIN to join the test.

After you join the test meeting, you should see yourself in the window. You can test your microphone by looking at the small microphone symbol in the lower left of your Zoom window – it should flash green as you speak (hover your mouse cursor over the Zoom window if necessary to see the mic symbol on the left).

If you see yourself and see the little mic symbol flash green as you speak, the test is successful.
